The ESML laboratory, research laboratory CEA-UCP n° DSM-10-37 common to  CEA and the University of Cergy-Pontoise, gathers the Laboratory of Nanostructures Studies and Surface Imagery (LENSIS) of the Physics Department of the State Condensed CEA (SPEC, CNRS URA 2464) and the Laboratory of Physics of Materials and Surfaces of UCP (LPMS)
